A sweet SMA baby
I am currently sobbing because of a blog I read by a sweet little girl named Avery who had suffered from SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). Sure, the crying is due to the lingering pregnancy hormones that I just can't shake, but it really is such a sweet and sad and important story, so I just had to share. get used to the sobbing...being a mommy permanently changes something in your brain so that anytime you see anything even remotely sad involving a child you will become a teary eyed mess. I was just crying watching an episode of House.
