We're really excited to start our family (even if it was initially a surprise!) and we want to share that excitement with all our friends and family.
Of course, living far away from most of our friends and family members makes this a bit more difficult!
I thought a blog seemed like the ideal place to share info. Facebook is a bit too public. Emails are great, but I didn't want to flood folks with weekly updates if they are unwanted. Having a blog gives you the option of reading if you want to stop by.
And it also lets me keep an on-going record of our new adventure to look back on for years to come (way easier than scrapbooking!!)!
